The Cornish Smokehouse

Situated in a beautiful part of the country, the family run Cornish Smokehouse was right on the edge of the pretty River Fal, in a working boatyard just outside Falmouth. Recently moved to a bigger shinier Smokehouse, but are still in Penryn.

The Cornish Smokehouse Salmon isn’t just any Salmon... it’s Shetlands finest, freshest, sustainably farmed in fast flowing, crystal clear water, and all, without exception is R.S.P.C.A. Freedom Food Award. This great Salmon is then carefully cured and slowly smoked in small kilns over a unique blend of fruitwoods.

There is also the Smokehouse Shop, on the main road between Truro and St Austell. Open 6 days a week, stocking fabulous smoked foods, Cornish Cheeses and lots more.

The Cornish Smokehouse have regular stalls at four Farmers Markets locally, Truro wednesdays and saturdays, Falmouth on tuesday and St Ives, on thursday.
