Mara House

Set in beautiful gardens with wonderful sea views from its two spacious decks, Mara is a modern, roomy and airy self catering house on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Portloe. A short walk down the hill finds a good local pub, the award winning Lugger Hotel, and one of the most scenic stretches of the coastal path waiting to be explored.

Recently completely refurbished throughout, this self catering house has flexible and extremely comfortable accommodation with three power shower-rooms and a bathroom to complement the four bedrooms, all of which have twin beds that can be made up as 6' doubles if preferred. The well stocked garden is steeply terraced with several linked by steps, and there is a choice of two large decks (fenced and gated to protect small children) as well as a paved terrace to sit and relax and enjoy the views across the village out to sea.

There is a parking space for at least four cars. The beautiful beaches at Carne and Pendower are close by and the golf course at S. Austell is approximately 20 minutes drive.
